In five years time, you will be exactly the same person you are today – except for two things: the people you interact with and the books you read.
Healing is an inside job. What we learn changes us – if we let it. If we apply this new knowledge to ourselves our entire experience of this adventure called life can change – from healing and strengthening our physical bodies to our relationships to our careers, and everything in between.
So take a look around you. Who are you investing your time and energy in? What are you choosing to learn or not learn about? And, based on those answers, here’s the cliched question: “So where do you see yourself in five years?”
